I am looking for KETTLER swing hooks – how can I order them?

Swing hooks for KETTLER swings are generally available as spare parts for current models from our range.

How to request swing hooks

Please send us an email at [e-mail] with the following information:

• a photo of the swing
• a photo of the required part or the damaged area
• a photo of the product label with serial number (usually on the frame)
• the model name (if known)
• your order or reference number (if available)

Based on this information, we will check whether the appropriate swing hooks are available and inform you about the price and delivery time.

Important note

For older models that are not listed on our website or were manufactured before 2020, unfortunately, we can no longer offer spare parts.

In addition, spare parts for current models are not compatible with older swings.
