Where can I get spare parts for the Champ 5.0, Champ 3.0, Top-Star, Berlin Pro Outdoor, and Axos models?

The Champ 5.0, Champ 3.0, Top-Star, Berlin Pro Outdoor, and Axos models are from previous product generations.

Due to the transition to new management as of 2020, we unfortunately no longer have technical data, parts lists, or spare part information for any models produced before that time. As a result, we are unable to offer spare parts for these older models.

In addition, the spare parts for the current model generations are technically and structurally not compatible with the earlier models, so it is unfortunately not possible to use new spare parts for older tables.

To check your model, you can take a look at the product sticker on the underside of the table tennis table. If it states Kettler Trading GmbH, it is a more current model. If the sticker says Heinz Kettler, the table tennis table is from an older generation.
