Delivery of your BASIC table tennis table with Rhenus (2-man handling)
Your BASIC table tennis table will be delivered in Germany, Austria, France, and Switzerland by the shipping company Rhenus as part of the Home Delivery Service (2-man handling).
Delivery process
Delivery to the playing location
The delivery will be carried out by two people directly to the desired installation location.
Delivery time window
Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Scheduling an appointment
Please schedule your delivery date in the Rhenus Delivery Portal. You will receive a notification from Rhenus for this.
Alternatively, you can log in to the portal with your order number and postal code and select the date yourself.
Important note
Please make sure that you are easily reachable at the phone number you provided when placing your order, so that scheduling can proceed smoothly.
Delivery of your K1/K5/K10/K15/EDEN table tennis table via DHL or IDS – Phone number for scheduling
Depending on the model and country of delivery, your table tennis table will be shipped via DHL (2-man handling) or IDS Logistics.
Scheduling before delivery
Before delivery, the respective shipping provider will usually call you to arrange a delivery date. The phone number you provided with your order will be used for this.
Please make sure that:
Your phone number is entered correctly
You are easily reachable at this number
if necessary, you also answer calls from unknown numbers
provide a national phone number in the country of delivery where you can be reached.
Without successful appointment scheduling, there may be delays in delivery.
Important note
If the provided phone number is incorrect or contact is not possible, delivery may be delayed. In some cases, the shipment may be returned to us. Any additional costs incurred for return shipping and resending must be borne by the buyer.
