Can I change the delivery address after the order has shipped?

Table tennis tables are shipped via freight carrier. Once the goods have left our warehouse, they are in the delivery process with the carrier.

A subsequent change to the delivery address is then only possible to a limited extent. Depending on the shipment status and workload, an address change may:

• no longer be possible

• only be implemented with considerable effort

• incur additional costs

Especially with large and heavy items, a route change is logistically complex and not always feasible.

Parcel Shipping 

For shipments via parcel service, changing the delivery address after shipping is generally not possible.

If the package cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address and is returned to us, a new shipment must be requested. In this case, both the incurred return shipping costs and the costs for the new shipment must be borne by the buyer.

Please therefore check the delivery address carefully when placing your order. Providing correct and complete information avoids delays and additional costs.

If anything changes immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away. We will then check if an adjustment is still possible.
