Where can I find spare parts for tricycles?

Spare parts for KETTLER tricycles are generally available for current models from our range.

How can I request spare parts?

Please send us an email at [e-mail] with the following information:

• a photo of the required spare part
• a photo of the tricycle
• a photo of the product sticker with serial number (usually on the frame)
• your order or purchase number (if available)

After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether the desired spare part is available and provide information about the price and delivery time.

Important note about older models

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer spare parts for tricycles manufactured before 2020 or those not listed on our website.

Additionally, spare parts for current models are not compatible with older tricycles.
