How to order a spare part
directly through our support. Please send us a request via the contact form or by email.
To help us process your request quickly, we need the following information:
Order number of the original purchase
ora clear photo of the product where the model is easily identifiable
Billing and shipping address
Additionally helpful are:
a brief description of the required spare part,
if applicable, a photo of the defective or missing part.
Which products are eligible?
Spare parts can be ordered for products from the year 2020. For older models, spare parts may no longer be available.
Process after your request
Our support will review your request and the product data.
You will receive feedback regarding the availability, price, and delivery time of the spare part.
You will receive the invoice via email, and shipping will only be released after payment.
After receipt of payment, the spare part will be ordered and shipped to you.
Important notes
Spare parts are excluded from exchange.
Delivery is carried out separately and may differ from regular orders.
Processing times may vary depending on the spare part.
