How can I order spare parts for my table tennis table?

First, you should check which model you have. Please look at the product label with the serial number on the underside of the table tennis table. If it says Kettler Trading GmbH, it is a more recent model. If it says Heinz Kettler, the table belongs to an older generation. Unfortunately, we no longer carry spare parts for these older models.

• a photo of the defective part

• a photo of the product label with the serial number (under the table tennis table)

• the order number of the original purchase
