Shipping to Switzerland

To ensure you a smooth and transparent ordering process, we have set up the shipping costs so that all fees – including customs duties, import VAT, and all other costs for customs clearance – are already covered in advance.

What does that mean? Quite simply: The price you see at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional fees upon delivery. We take care of all necessary formalities and costs to bring your order directly to your home – with no surprises and no hidden costs.

Delivery and Shipping Conditions

The delivery of goods is carried out via shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. For the processing of the transaction, the delivery address stored by the customer at Kettlershop.com is decisive.

If multiple items are included in the order, delivery will be based on the item with the longest delivery time. However, if these are shipped by different shipping providers, for example freight and parcel shipping, then shipping can also take place separately.

The delivery of the table tennis tables must be possible with a 40t truck (i.e. a normal truck). If the street is only permitted for 7.5t, for example, or if the passage is only 2m wide, delivery is not possible.

Before delivery, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone to arrange an exact appointment with you. It is necessary to provide a domestic telephone number for this.

If delivery of the goods fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

For the return costs, the regulation made in the seller's cancellation policy applies if the customer effectively exercises the right of withdrawal.

Parcel Shipping

All items that can be shipped as a parcel are shipped with DHL, except for the trampoline, which is shipped with dpd.

Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track the status of the delivery.

Preferred Delivery Date with DHL Shipping

If you would like a specific preferred delivery date for a table tennis table, this can be requested in writing via [e-mail]. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer and amount to an additional €49.90 (delivery on business days) This only applies to shipments within Germany. In all other countries, a preferred delivery date is not possible. Please note that only the day can be specified, not a time window.
