Refunds

If you have returned an item or canceled an order, we will inform you here about the process and duration of refunds.

When will I receive a refund?

A refund will be issued once:

• your return has been received and checked by us, or

• a cancellation has been successfully completed.

Processing may take a few days depending on the payment method and bank.

How will the refund be issued?

The refund is generally made via the original payment method, for example:

• Credit card

• PayPal

• Sofortüberweisung / Online banking

• Invoice or prepayment

A payout to another payment method is generally not possible.

Refund duration

After a successful review, refunds usually take:

• 5–10 business days until the amount is visible in your account.

Please note that there may be deviations depending on the payment provider.

Partial or full refunds

• Partial refunds are issued if only individual items have been returned.

• Full refunds are issued if the entire order is returned or canceled.

Shipping costs

• The original shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

• For voluntary returns, shipping costs may be excluded from the refund.

Haven't received a refund?

If you have not received a refund after the specified period:

1. Check your bank statement or payment provider account.

2. Verify if the return has already been confirmed.

3. Contact our support team with your order number.
