Requirements for an exchange

An exchange is possible if:

• the item is unused and undamaged,

• the item is in its original condition,

• the original packaging (if available) is included,

• the exchange is requested within the specified period.

How the exchange works

1. Register the exchange using the contact form.

2. Pack the item carefully.

3. Send the item back according to the instructions you receive.

4. After receipt and inspection, we will send the replacement item or carry out the exchange accordingly.

Exchange period

The exchange is generally possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The relevant date is the date your exchange request is received.

Shipping costs for exchanges

• For faulty or damaged items, we cover the shipping costs.
