After you submit your order, we will keep you updated on its current status. Here you can find out how to receive your order confirmation and check the status of your order.
Order Confirmation
As soon as your order has been successfully received by us, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This usually includes:
Your order number
an overview of the products or services ordered
Billing and shipping address
Payment method
If you have not received an check your spam or junk folder.
If you cannot find it there either, please contact us and provide the name under which the order was placed so that we can check whether we have received your order.
View Order Status
You can check the current status of your order at any time:
in your customer account under “My Orders” or
via a link in the order confirmation email (if available).
Possible Order Statuses
Depending on the processing stage, your order may have one of the following statuses:
Received – Your order has been successfully submitted.
Processing – Your order is currently being checked or prepared.
Shipped – Your order has been dispatched.
– The order has been successfully delivered.
Canceled – The order has been canceled or withdrawn.
