How do I return the item?

You have the right to return the item within 14 days without providing any reasons.

We would like to inform you that returns are subject to a fee. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but we also want to assure you that this policy is in line with sustainability and our commitment to the environment.

By charging for the return of products, we aim to help avoid unnecessary transport and waste. We believe it is important to be aware that every product returned represents an additional burden on the environment.

We hope you understand our decision and will support our efforts to promote sustainability.
 

Children + Play Products / Table Tennis Accessories / Hand Carts / Kettcars

1. Contact our support via our contact form.
2. The return will be registered, and you will receive a link via email through which you can generate and pay for the return label. Here, you will choose the appropriate label depending on the weight and size of the package.
3. Please ensure that the return is well packaged.
4. The label should either be printed and attached to the package or submitted digitally via the QR code at the DHL package acceptance.
5. After the return has been received in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded; the international return costs should be inquired directly with customer support. Please note that any costs incurred for a return due to missing or incorrect address information will also be borne by the buyer.

Kreaty Play Sofa

1. The Kreaty play sofa is delivered to you vacuum-packed. If the package is still in its original packaging, the return will proceed as with our children’s and play products.
2. Once unpacked, the Kreaty will no longer fit in the original packaging. For the return, please contact our support so we can inform you about the exact return process.
    

Table Tennis Tables

1. Contact our support via our contact form.
2. The return will be registered, and the shipping company will be commissioned to pick up the table.
3. Please ensure that the table is well packaged and ready for pickup in the original box.
4. The pickup will take place after a phone appointment with the shipping company.
5. After the return has been received in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded minus the return costs. For the return (within Germany) of our models K1, K3, and K5, we charge 79.90 euros; for the models K10, K15, EDEN, a fee of 89.90 euros applies. For international returns, please inquire about the costs directly with our support.
    

Refund

The refund will be processed after the return has been received in our warehouse to the payment method you provided at the time of ordering.
