What can I do if the cushions of the Kreaty Sofa do not take shape properly after unpacking?

If the cushions of the Kreaty Sofa do not immediately reach their final shape after unpacking, this is usually completely normal. The cushions are vacuum-packed for space and transport protection reasons. Please proceed as follows:

• Completely remove the cushions from the packaging and remove the protective film.

• Shake, knead, and press the cushions firmly several times so that the foam can expand evenly.

• Then lay the cushions flat and give them enough time to expand.

• Usually, the cushions reach their full shape within 24 to 72 hours. Depending on the room temperature, it may take a little longer.

• Make sure that the cushions are in a warm room, as the foam recovers faster at higher temperatures.

• If necessary, the cover can be carefully treated with steam (e.g., with a steamer or steam iron at a distance). Please make sure not to soak the foam and avoid direct contact with heat.
